The Datasensing AM6/AP-3A86 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a shielded M12 short case flush mount, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.2mm, making them ideal for proximity detection in various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient signal processing with a switching frequency of 2kHz.
Constructed with a durable nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and an IP67 mechanical protection rating. The 5m PVC cable connection provides flexibility in installation, while the yellow LED indicator clearly displays the output state.
Engineered for safety and reliability, the AM6/AP-3A86 Sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. With a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA, these sensors are energy-efficient and suitable for a wide range of applications. The sensors are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and come with two M12x1 nuts for easy mounting.
