The Datasensing AM6/BP-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M12 short shielded design, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) PNP output functions, making them versatile for various applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. The sensors exhibit excellent correction factors for different materials, including copper (0.22), aluminium (0.31), brass (0.41), and stainless steel (0.77). Engineered for durability, the sensors are housed in nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT, ensuring robust performance in challenging environments. They are equipped with essential protections such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA. The AM6/BP-1H Sensors are designed for easy integration, featuring M12 plug connections and a yellow LED indicator for output state. They are capable of withstanding shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards and offer a high degree of protection with an IP67 rating. Suitable for a wide range of temperatures from -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international safety and quality standards. Supplied with two M12x1 nuts, they are ready for immediate installation and use.
