The Datasensing AM6/CN-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. The sensors offer a correction factor for different materials, including copper (0.22), aluminum (0.31), brass (0.41), and stainless steel (0.77), ensuring accurate performance across diverse environments. Engineered for durability, the sensors boast a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. They feature a hysteresis range of 1 to 20% and a switching frequency of 2kHz, making them suitable for high-speed operations. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. They are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, ensuring clear visibility of operational status. Built with robust nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, these sensors are designed to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and IP67 mechanical protection.
