The Datasensing AM6/CN-3A86 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M12 shielded NC/NPN configuration, these sensors come with a 5-meter axial cable for versatile installation. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.2mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. The sensors offer a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.33), aluminium (0.4), brass (0.5), and stainless steel (1.05). They maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, ensuring consistent performance. These sensors are designed for proximity functions with an NPN output type and NC output function, operating at a switching frequency of 2kHz. They support an operating voltage of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA.
