Datasensing AM6/CN-4H Sensors

The Datasensing AM6/CN-4H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M12 unshielded NC/NPN connection, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, making them ideal for a variety of applications. The sensors are equipped with a standard target size of 24x24mm FE360 and have a correction factor for different materials: copper (0.41), aluminium (0.46), brass (0.52), and stainless steel (0.71). With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C, these sensors ensure consistent performance. They feature a switching frequency of 2kHz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are designed with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA, a load current of ? 200mA, and a leakage current of ? 10?A. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1.8V @200mA, and they can handle a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. Built with robust nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, the sensors are durable and reliable, withstanding operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. They are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads, ensuring longevity and safety. The sensors are IP67 rated for mechanical protection and come with CE and UR approvals, as well as EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2 standards. The M12 plug connection and supplied accessories, including two M12x1 nuts, make installation straightforward. With a compact design of M12 x 1 / L = 52.3mm and a weight of just 20g, these sensors are easy to integrate into various systems. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, and the sensors are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
