The Datasensing AT1/AN-1B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating distance of 0 to 8.1mm, these sensors are ideal for a variety of applications. The M30 standard flush mount design ensures easy installation, while the shielded construction provides complete protection against electrical damages. With a wide range of models available, including standard and long-distance options, these sensors offer flexibility to meet your specific needs. The output is available in cable, M12, and plug cable exit configurations, with models supporting 2, 3, and 4 wires. For environments requiring additional safety, ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request. The sensors feature a NO/NPN output type with a switching frequency of 200Hz, operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, and a load current capacity of up to 400mA. They are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, ensuring easy monitoring. Built with nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, these sensors are robust and durable, withstanding operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. Additional features include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility per IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and offer mechanical protection rated at IP67. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate integration into your system.
