Datasensing AT1/AN-3A84 Sensors

The Datasensing AT1/AN-3A84 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. Featuring an M30 standard flush mount, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 12.1mm. They are optimized for a standard target size of 45x45mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials such as copper (0.35), aluminium (0.45), brass (0.50), and stainless steel (0.70). Engineered with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a durable PBT active head, these sensors ensure reliable operation in demanding environments. The sensors are equipped with a 3-meter PVC cable for easy connectivity and feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, they deliver efficient performance with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The AT1/AN-3A84 Sensors are designed with multiple protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection, ensuring long-lasting durability. They are compliant with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards (IEC 60947-5-2). Additionally, they are built to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, with an IP67 mechanical protection rating for resistance against dust and water ingress. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure installation, these sensors are ideal for a wide range of industrial applications, operating efficiently in temperatures from -25°C to +70°C.
