The Datasensing AT1/AP-2B Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, they ensure durability and reliability in demanding environments. These sensors offer a wide range of models, including standard and long-distance options, with output configurations such as cable, M12, and plug cable exit. They are available with 2, 3, and 4 wire models, and ATEX category 3 models can be requested for specialized applications. The sensors provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The AT1/AP-2B Sensors feature a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) output function, and models with complementary output (NO + NC) are also available. They operate at a switching frequency of 200Hz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, ensuring easy monitoring. Designed for unshielded mounting, these sensors have a mechanical protection rating of IP67, making them suitable for use in harsh conditions. They are capable of withstanding shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards and have an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts, the sensors are easy to install and maintain.
