The Datasensing AT1/AP-3AAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. Featuring a robust M30 shielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a 2m axial PVC cable and are constructed from durable nickel-plated brass, ensuring long-lasting reliability. With a PNP output type and NO output function, these sensors provide a switching frequency of 200Hz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They are engineered with advanced protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. The sensors also boast a low no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current capacity of ? 400mA. Designed to withstand harsh environments, the AT1/AP-3AAN Sensors are rated with an IP67 mechanical protection and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. They are compliant with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2 and are approved with CE and UR certifications. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts, and feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. Ideal for applications requiring high accuracy and reliability, these sensors offer a repeat accuracy of < 5% and a thermal drift of Sr < 10%. The M30 standard flush mount design, combined with a tightening torque of 50Nm, ensures secure installation. The sensors are also equipped with a correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, enhancing their versatility in different industrial settings.
