The Datasensing AT6/BN-4A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature an M30 unshielded short housing with a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating distance of 0 to 16.2mm. They are equipped with a standard target size of 60x60mm FE360 and offer a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.46), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.54), and stainless steel (0.78). The sensors exhibit a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. With a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%, these sensors function as proximity detectors with an NPN output type and NO + NC output function. They support a switching frequency of 200Hz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 20mA, a load current of ? 400mA, and a leakage current of ? 10?A. The output voltage drop is ? 1V at 400mA, with a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ?100ms. They offer comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The unshielded mounting design is complemented by a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head material. With dimensions of M30 x 1.5 and a length of 44mm, these sensors weigh 165g and come with a 2m PVC cable connection. They are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and have a tightening torque of 50Nm. The sensors are CE cULus approved, EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and offer mechanical protection with an IP67 rating. They are also resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Each sensor is supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for easy installation.
