The Datasensing BX10SR/0A-HBLSAN Sensors are designed for precise and reliable area sensing applications. This sensor kit operates within a voltage range of 10 to 26VDC and features 10 adjustable beams with a nominal sensing distance of 0.3 to 2 meters. The sensors are equipped with anti-interference strobe lights and are certified for use in hazardous environments, meeting II 3G Ex nA IIC T6 and II 3D Ex tD A22 IP67 T85°C standards.
The BX10SR/0A-HBLSAN Sensors utilize an emitter-receiver function principle, with a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment, allowing for the detection of objects as small as 5mm in diameter. The controlled height of the sensing area is 90mm, with a beam spacing of 10mm. The sensors offer both NPN and PNP output types with a normally open (NO) output function, and a switching frequency of 180Hz ensures quick response times of 500µs for light/dark transitions and 5ms for dark/light transitions.
Built with durability in mind, the sensors feature a robust PBT housing and a PC active head material, providing IP67 mechanical protection. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring: green for power ON, yellow for output state, and red for alignment.
