The Datasensing BX80A/1P-0H9K Sensors are high-performance area sensor receivers designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. With a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, these sensors are equipped with a microprocessor-based circuit for enhanced sensitivity adjustment. The robust cubic housing, made from durable PBT material, ensures long-lasting performance, while the metallic enclosure offers additional protection for high-duty use.
Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 0 to 2 meters and a thermal drift of Sr ?10%, the BX80A/1P-0H9K Sensors are capable of detecting objects as small as Ø 6mm with a beam spacing of 6mm. The sensor operates on a 12 to 24 VDC power supply, with a no-load supply current of 50mA and a load current of ?100mA. It includes PNP output type with NO/NC output function, and a response time of just 10ms.
The sensor is equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring: green for power ON, red for alignment, and yellow for output state. It also features short-circuit protection with auto reset, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable operation in various conditions. The sensor is resistant to external light interference, with a maximum of 1,500 lux for incandescent lamps and 4,500 lux for sunlight.
With dimensions of 44mm x 120mm x 20mm and a weight of 260 to 300g, the BX80A/1P-0H9K Sensors are compact yet powerful. They come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with 2 nuts M18x1, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket for easy installation. The sensors are approved by CE and cULus, and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, as well as shocks and vibrations standards IEC EN 60947-5-2. They offer a high degree of protection with an IP69K rating, making them suitable for use in harsh environments with operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +50°C.
