The Datasensing BX80A/1P-1A Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring a robust aluminium enclosure ideal for high-duty applications. With a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, these sensors are perfect for detecting objects as small as Ø 6mm. The microprocessor-based circuit allows for sensitivity adjustment, ensuring accurate performance in various environments. The sensor's strong cubic housing and metallic enclosure provide enhanced protection, while the IP67 rating guarantees complete protection against electrical damages and harsh conditions. Equipped with a PNP output type and NO/NC output function, the BX80A/1P-1A Sensors offer reliable performance with a response time of just 10ms. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 12…24 VDC, with a no-load supply current of 50mA and a load current of up to 100mA. The device features LED indicators for power, alignment, and output state, ensuring easy monitoring and maintenance. The sensors are designed to withstand external light interference, with a maximum tolerance of 1,500 lux from incandescent lamps and 4,500 lux from sunlight. They also include short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. With dimensions of 44mm x 120mm x 20mm and a weight of 800 to 820g, the BX80A/1P-1A Sensors are compact yet sturdy. The housing is made from PBT, with an active head material of PC, and connections via a 2m PVC cable. The sensors are approved by CE and cULus, and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, as well as shocks and vibrations standards IEC EN 60947-5-2. Supplied accessories include two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket, making installation straightforward and secure.
