The Datasensing BX80B/5P-0H3E Sensors are designed for precise envelope detection with a nominal sensing distance of 200 to 500mm. Featuring a robust cubic housing and a special metallic enclosure for high-duty applications, these sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages with an IP67 protection degree. The microprocessor-based circuit allows for sensitivity adjustment, ensuring optimal performance even in challenging environments.
With a controlled height of 70mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, the BX80B/5P-0H3E Sensors are equipped with 12 rays and a beam spacing of 6mm, capable of detecting objects as small as 1x70mm. The sensors operate on a 12 to 24 VDC voltage range, with a response time of just 10ms, making them ideal for fast-paced industrial settings.
The sensors feature PNP output with NO/NC functions, and are equipped with LED indicators for power, alignment, and output state. They are designed to withstand external light interference up to 1,500 lux from incandescent lamps and 4,500 lux from sunlight. Additional protective features include short-circuit protection with auto reset, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed with durable PBT housing and a PC active head material, the sensors are built to endure operating temperatures from -25°C to +50°C and storage temperatures from -40°C to +80°C.
