The Datasensing CT1/CP-2H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These capacitive sensors feature a nominal sensing distance ranging from 2 to 20mm, with a thermal drift of less than 20% and a repeat accuracy of 10%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the built-in trimmer, ensuring optimal performance tailored to your needs.
Housed in durable nickel-plated brass, these sensors boast an IP65 protection degree, safeguarding against dust and water ingress. The robust design includes complete protection against electrical damages, with features such as short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are equipped with an axial cable exit or an M12 plug cable exit for versatile connectivity options.
With a switching frequency of 100Hz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are efficient and reliable. They have a no-load supply current of ? 8mA and can handle a load current of up to 200mA. The output type is PNP with a normally closed (NC) function, and the sensors include LED indicators for easy status monitoring: a green LED for power and a red LED for object detection.
The CT1/CP-2H Sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and compliance with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2.
