The Datasensing DGR/LP-3D Sensors are high-performance photoelectric sensor receivers designed for precision and reliability. Encased in a robust Ø 10 mm plastic housing with a length of 41 mm, these sensors feature an irreversible spring latch fixing with a Ø 13 mm hole for secure installation. Equipped with a yellow LED status indicator, they provide clear output status visibility. Engineered for complete protection against electrical damages, they boast an IP67 protection degree, ensuring durability in harsh environments.
With a nominal sensing distance of 2 meters and a thermal drift of Sr ?10%Sr, these sensors deliver consistent performance without the need for sensitivity adjustment. Operating on a supply voltage range of 15 to 37 VDC (10 to 30 VDC for EA version), they are CE approved and compatible with EMC standards EN 60947-5-3. The sensors offer a PNP Lon output type with a switching frequency of 40Hz and a rapid response time of 1.25ms, making them ideal for fast-paced applications.
The DGR/LP-3D Sensors are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable operation under various conditions. They can withstand interference from external light up to 20,000 lux and operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C (without freeze). The sensors are connected via a 7-meter PVC cable, providing flexibility in installation.
Designed to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards, these sensors are built with a PC housing, POM fixing ring, and ABS cable exit, weighing 210g. With a no-load supply current of ?10mA, load current of ?30mA, and leakage current of ?10µA, they are energy-efficient and reliable. The output voltage drop is ?2V at Iload=30mA, with a maximum ripple content of ?10%. The time delay before availability is ?100ms, ensuring quick readiness for operation.
