Datasensing DMP/0P-1HAN Sensors

The Datasensing DMP/0P-1HAN Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in industrial environments. Featuring a polarized function principle, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2.5 meters with a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the teach-in method, ensuring optimal performance tailored to specific applications. Equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output type and a switching frequency of 400Hz, these sensors provide rapid response times of just 1.25ms. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors are designed with robust short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety in challenging conditions. The housing is constructed from nickel-plated brass, with an active head made of PMMA, offering excellent mechanical protection rated at IP67. The sensors are resistant to shocks and vibrations, complying with IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. They are also approved for use in hazardous environments, meeting CE cULus Ex standards. Additional features include LED indicators for status output, a time delay before availability of ?150ms, and high resistance to external light interference, withstanding up to 3,000 lux from incandescent lamps and 10,000 lux from sunlight. The sensors come with M12 plug connections and are supplied with M12 x 1 nuts for easy installation. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are versatile and reliable for a wide range of industrial applications.
