The Datasensing LDLU/0P-0V Sensors are advanced photoelectric luminescent scanners designed for precision and reliability. Featuring both white and ultraviolet light emission, these sensors offer a local and remote Teach-in function for easy setup and calibration. The multifunction LED status indicator provides clear visual feedback, while the LO/DO selectable outputs and delay options enhance versatility in various applications. Engineered with complete protection against electrical damages, the sensors boast an IP65 protection degree, ensuring durability in challenging environments. The sensitivity adjustment feature allows for fine-tuning, and the short response time of 50 µs ensures rapid detection. With a nominal sensing distance of 12mm (using STF-12) and 25mm (using SFT-25), these sensors are ideal for detecting white targets like Kodak 90% 100 x 100mm. The luminescence function principle, combined with a PNP L/D selectable output type, provides flexibility in output functions. Operating at a switching frequency of 10Khz, the sensors have a response time of 50 µs and operate within a voltage range of 10…30VDC. They consume a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and support a load current of ?100mA, with a leakage current of ? 10µA and an output voltage drop of ?1,2V@Iload=100mA. Designed to withstand external light interference up to 3000 lux (incandescent lamp) and 10000 lux (sunlight), the sensors include impulsive overvoltage protection, short-circuit protection, and reverse polarity protection. The housing is made of durable PBT material, with an active head of PMMA, and connections include a 200mm PVC cable with an M12 plug. The sensors are approved with CE and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. They operate within a temperature range of -5°C to +55°C (without freeze) and come with supplied accessories such as nuts M18 x 1. Additional focalizers STF-12 and STF-25 can be ordered separately for enhanced functionality.
