The Datasensing MP1/00-1A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 100mm, these sensors utilize background suppression technology to ensure accurate detection, even in challenging environments. The robust construction includes a nickel-plated brass housing with a PMMA active head, providing durability and resistance to harsh conditions. With a wide range of models available, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, these sensors offer versatility for different sensing needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while retro-reflective models feature red visible polarized light for enhanced detection capabilities. The right-angle optic design (MP) and fixed distance background suppression models further expand the application possibilities. The MP1/00-1A Sensors are equipped with a Decout NPN/PNP selectable output type and NO/NC selectable output function, allowing for flexible integration into existing systems. They operate within a voltage range of 10…30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors are designed to withstand electrical damage, featuring short-circuit protection with auto-reset and overvoltage protection. Additional features include a high switching frequency of 1kHz, a rapid response time of 500µs, and LED indicators for status output. The sensors are capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C without freezing, and they are protected against shocks and vibrations according to IEC standards.
