The Datasensing MS1/00-0A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These photoelectric sensors feature a background suppression function with a nominal sensing distance of 100mm, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging environments. The sensors are equipped with a 2m axial plastic cable and offer a wide range of models, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, and through-beam detection, each tailored for specific needs. Through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced performance. The right angle optic models (MP) and background suppression models with fixed distance provide versatility in installation and application. All through-beam models include a check function for added reliability. Built to withstand electrical damage, these sensors operate within a voltage range of 10…30VDC and feature short-circuit and overvoltage protection. The sensors have a high switching frequency of 1kHz and a rapid response time of 500µs, making them suitable for fast-paced environments. With a robust housing made of PBT/PC and an active head material of PMMA, the sensors are durable and lightweight, weighing only 70g. The MS1/00-0A Sensors are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C without freezing, and they are protected against shocks and vibrations according to IEC standards. The IP67 degree of protection ensures resistance to dust and water, making them ideal for harsh industrial settings. Additionally, the sensors come with M18 x 1 nuts for easy installation and are approved by CE and cURus, ensuring compliance with international standards.
