The Datasensing MSE/X0-1E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for a variety of applications. These sensors offer a wide range of models including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, catering to diverse sensing needs. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while the retro-reflective models feature red visible polarized light for enhanced detection accuracy. For applications requiring specific orientation, models with right angle optics (MP) are available. Background suppression models come with a fixed distance feature, ensuring precise detection in complex environments. All through-beam models are equipped with a check function, providing an additional layer of reliability. The sensors are built with complete protection against electrical damage, ensuring durability and longevity. With a nominal sensing distance of 16m (MSR) and 32m (MSD), these sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The emitter function principle, combined with a check input of 4.5..30Vdc for switching off the emission, ensures efficient operation. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10…30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 35mA and a maximum ripple content of ?10%. They feature red LED indicators for power ON status and have a time delay before availability of ?200ms. Built with short-circuit protection (autoreset) and overvoltage protection, these sensors are designed to withstand impulsive overvoltage. Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and PC plug, the sensors are robust and reliable. The active head material is PMMA, and the sensors are designed to operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C without freezing. With a diameter of M18 and a length of 93mm, they are compact and easy to install. The sensors are CE cURus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. They are also resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, and offer mechanical protection with an IP67 degree of protection. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate deployment in various industrial settings.
