The Datasensing PFK1/BN-4HV5 Inductive Sensor is designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. This unshielded D18 sensor features a nominal sensing distance of 12mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 9.7mm. It is optimized for a standard target size of 36x36mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials including copper (0.30), aluminium (0.38), brass (0.42), and stainless steel (0.65). The sensor boasts a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. With a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%, it ensures consistent performance.
The PFK1/BN-4HV5 is equipped with proximity functions and an NPN output type, offering both NO and NC output functions. It supports a switching frequency of 1.5kHz and operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc.
