Datasensing PFM1/BP-2H26 Sensors

The Datasensing PFM1/BP-2H26 Sensors are designed for high-performance proximity sensing with an increased temperature range. Encased in robust AISI 316L stainless steel housing, these sensors offer exceptional durability and resistance to harsh environments. They feature a comprehensive protection system, including IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection degrees, ensuring reliable operation in demanding conditions. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and offer both NO and NC output functions, with a switching frequency of 2kHz. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 15mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA. The PFM1/BP-2H26 Sensors are designed for unshielded mounting and have a nominal sensing distance of 4mm, with an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm. They are compatible with standard targets of 12x12mm FE360 and have specific correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors maintain high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of < 5% and a thermal drift of Sr < 10%. Additional features include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. The sensors are CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSEY approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. They are also designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. The sensors come with two M12x1 nuts for easy installation and have a tightening torque of 25Nm. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +110°C, these sensors are ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
