The Datasensing PKW/0P-1H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an M18 shielded PNP connection with an M12 stainless steel housing. These sensors are engineered with an innovative double enclosure, making them resistant to cutting oils and immersion-proof with IP67/68 sealing. They offer high-frequency switching and a complementary output (NO+NC) with an M12 plug cable exit. ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request. The sensors include a wide-angle visible LED indicator and complete protection against electrical damages. With a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 4.05mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity functions. They are compatible with standard targets of 18x18mm FE360 and have a correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors exhibit minimal thermal drift and repeat accuracy, with a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%. They operate at a switching frequency of 1.5kHz and a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 15mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable performance. They are housed in AISI303 stainless steel with a PSU active head material, and they can withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are CE approved and EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards, offering robust mechanical protection against shocks and vibrations. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts, these sensors are ready for installation with a tightening torque of 50Nm.
