The Datasensing PMS/0N-1H Sensors are designed for precision and durability in demanding environments. Featuring an innovative double enclosure housing, these inductive sensors are resistant to cutting oils, making them ideal for machine tool applications. With an IP67/68 rating, they are immersion-proof, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh conditions. The sensors offer high-frequency switching and a complementary output (NO+NC) with an M12 plug cable exit for versatile connectivity. For added safety, ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request. The sensors are equipped with a wide-angle visible LED indicator for easy status monitoring and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0…1.62mm, they are suitable for standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. The sensors exhibit a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PPS, these sensors are robust and reliable. They operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 EMC standards. The sensors come with two M12x1 nuts for easy mounting and have a tightening torque of 10Nm. With a switching frequency of 2kHz and a load current capacity of up to 100mA, they are designed to meet the demands of modern industrial applications.
