Datasensing PMW/0N-1H Sensors

The Datasensing PMW/0N-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. Encased in a robust M12 stainless steel housing, these sensors are shielded and feature an NPN connection with an M12 plug cable exit. They are engineered to withstand cutting oils, making them ideal for machine tool applications, and are immersion proof with IP67/68 sealing for enhanced durability. These sensors offer high-frequency switching and a complementary output (NO+NC), ensuring versatile functionality. The innovative double enclosure design provides complete protection against electrical damages, while the yellow LED indicator is visible at a wide angle for easy monitoring. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0…1.62mm, they deliver precise proximity detection. The PMW/0N-1H Sensors are equipped with advanced features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable operation. They are compatible with a wide operating voltage range of 10...30Vdc and have a low no-load supply current of ? 15mA. The sensors are CE approved and meet EMC compatibility standards (IEC 60947-5-2), withstanding shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M12x1 nuts, these sensors are easy to mount and maintain, with a tightening torque of 20Nm. They operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, making them suitable for various industrial applications.
