The Datasensing QMRS/0P-0AVE80PT Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a miniature cubic design, these sensors offer background suppression with an adjustable range of up to 250 mm. The PNP L/D cable, measuring 200 mm, is equipped with an M12 plug for easy connectivity. With a nominal sensing distance of 200 mm and a minimum sensing distance (blind zone) of 30 mm, these sensors ensure accurate detection. The sensitivity can be finely tuned using a trimmer, and the sensors boast a repeat accuracy of 5%.
Engineered for robust performance, the sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA. They feature a switching frequency of 1kHz and a response time of 500µs, making them suitable for high-speed applications. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for status output and offer protection against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage.
Constructed with durable PA66 housing and PMMA active head material, the sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and mechanical protection rated at IP67.
