The Datasensing SH4-14-1350-S-8 is a high-performance safety light curtain designed for optimal finger protection with a resolution of 14 mm. It features an extended monitored height of up to 1350 mm and an improved operating range of 0.2 to 10 meters, making it ideal for various industrial applications. This compact device, with dimensions of 35x40x1359 mm, boasts a zero dead zone and is equipped with both manual and automatic restart functions, as well as EDM (External Device Monitoring) capabilities. The SH4-14-1350-S-8 is built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -30 to +55°C and IP67 protection. It is constructed from durable materials, including painted aluminum and MAKROLON AR 7099 Clear PC, ensuring long-lasting performance. The device is equipped with optical synchronization using 2 beams and features LED indicators for easy installation and beam intensity monitoring. This safety light curtain is powered by a 24 Vdc supply and offers a response time of 20 ms. It includes 2 x PNP-NO (OSSD safety output) with EDM, supporting a load current of up to 250mA per output. The SH4-14-1350-S-8 is compliant with international safety standards, including SIL 3, PL e, and EMC compatibility according to the 2014/30/EU Directive. It comes with standard "L" mounting brackets and is compatible with additional accessories, such as the top-bottom rotating mounting bracket ST-K4ROT-SH, which can be ordered separately.
