The Datasensing SH4-30-0750-SM-8 is a high-performance safety light curtain designed for hand protection with a resolution of 30 mm and a controlled height of 750 mm. It features an improved operating range of up to 20 meters and offers essential functions such as alignment and automatic restart. The device supports standard muting functions, including 2-signals mono and bidirectional muting, and override capabilities, all configurable via DIP-SW. With an extended monitored height of up to 2250 mm, the SH4 line boasts a compact profile of 35 x 40 mm, ensuring ease of installation aided by LED indications of beam intensity. The system is equipped with optical synchronization using 2 beams and provides IP67 protection, making it suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -30 to +55 °C. The design ensures zero dead zones and includes a complete couple and angular bracket in the package. Anti-interference codes and muting accessories with prewired and preinstalled muting sensors are available, and the unit is cascadable with SH4 CASCADE up to three units. The product features pigtails with M12 connectors and standard non-shielded cables, along with integrated LED muting indication. It is constructed from durable materials such as painted aluminum, MAKROLON AR 7099 Clear PC, and PBT, and is approved by CE, cULus, TÜV, and UKCA.
