The Datasensing SH4/R-0EIC Sensors are advanced safety sensor receivers designed for high-performance industrial applications. These M18 Type 4 safety photocell receivers offer a nominal sensing distance of 10 meters with an axial optic configuration, ensuring precise and reliable detection. Compliant with EN50100 Category 2 and Category 4 standards, these sensors are ideal for integration into safety systems that require EN ISO 13849 compliance.
Featuring a robust plastic housing with an IP67 degree of protection, the SH4/R-0EIC sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +55°C and humidity tolerance from 15% to 95%. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy alignment and status monitoring, and they connect via an M12 plug for seamless integration into existing systems.
With a response time of 200µs for light/dark transitions and 400µs for dark/light transitions, these sensors ensure rapid and accurate performance. The totem-pole output type supports a load current of up to 70mA, while maintaining a low no-load supply current of ? 25mA. The sensors are approved by CE and TÜV, ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
Please note that the SH4/R-0EIC sensors are not compatible with the SBCR03 control unit and should be used with an external safety control unit featuring an automatic optics test function. Supplied with two nuts for secure installation, these sensors are an essential component for any safety-critical application requiring high reliability and precision.
