The Datasensing SPG/CP-0E Sensors are high-performance photoelectric sensor receivers designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 8 meters, these sensors are equipped with a radial 90° optic position and a PNP NC output type, ensuring accurate detection of objects as small as Ø 4mm. The sensors feature a robust M18 housing made from durable PBT/PC materials, providing complete protection against electrical damages and environmental factors with an IP67 protection degree. These sensors are engineered for versatility, offering models with side sensitivity adjustment on both axial and right-angle optics. The LO/DO selectable output and LED status indicators enhance usability, while the ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request for specialized applications. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current capacity of ?100mA. Designed to withstand harsh conditions, the SPG/CP-0E Sensors are approved by CE and cULus, ensuring compliance with international standards. They are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, making them ideal for industrial environments. The sensors are resistant to external light interference, withstanding up to 5000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. With a compact design measuring M18 x 1 /L =75.7mm and weighing just 30g, these sensors are easy to install using the included M12 plug connections and supplied accessories, such as M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver. The operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C ensures reliable performance in various climates, while the mechanical protection against shocks and vibrations further enhances durability.
