Datasensing SSP/0P-1A Sensors

The Datasensing SSP/0P-1A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a polarized function principle, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4 meters and maintain a thermal drift of Sr at ?10% Sr. With a repeat accuracy of 5%, they ensure consistent performance without the need for sensitivity adjustment. The sensors are equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output, allowing for flexible integration into various systems. Built with robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PMMA active head, the SSP/0P-1A sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 protection against dust and water ingress. They are also equipped with comprehensive electrical protections, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors feature a yellow LED status indicator for easy monitoring and have a switching frequency of 250Hz with a rapid response time of 2ms. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, they consume minimal power with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The output voltage drop is kept to a maximum of 1.2V at a load current of 100mA. Designed for versatility, the SSP/0P-1A sensors can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C without freezing, and they are resistant to external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and are compatible with EMC standard EN 60947-5-2. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts for secure installation, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring reliable and accurate detection in challenging conditions.
