The Datasensing UK1A/G2-0ASY Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring an M18 analog 4-20mA output with a convenient Teach-in button for easy setup. These sensors offer models with both digital programmable outputs and current or voltage analogue outputs, allowing for versatile applications. The adjustable hysteresis function, with programmable double digital outputs, is specifically tailored for level detection. The working area can be adjusted using either window teach or single point teach methods, ensuring quick and efficient operation. A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, NO/NC selection, and reverse analog output slope. With a nominal sensing distance of 400mm and a thermal drift of ±2%, these sensors maintain high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a resolution of ?3mm. The beam angle is 10° ± 2°, and the sensors feature a diffuse reflection function principle. They operate within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety. Constructed with a robust PBT housing, the sensors are IP67 rated for mechanical protection, making them suitable for harsh environments.
