The Datasensing UK1A/G7-1ESY Sensors are high-performance ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 400mm with a thermal drift of ±2% and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The sensors operate on a diffuse reflection principle, providing a beam angle of 10° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm.
Equipped with a teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment, the sensors support both NO/NC output functions with a positive/negative slope. They are capable of handling a switching frequency of 10Hz and have a response time of 500ms. The operating voltage ranges from 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA.
The robust AISI316L stainless steel housing ensures durability, while the IP67 degree of protection guarantees resistance to dust and water. The sensors are equipped with multifunction LED indicators for easy monitoring and come with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
With a compact design of M18 x 1 / L = 91.6mm and a weight of 100g, these sensors are easy to install using the M12 plug connection.
