The Datasensing UK1A/G7-2ESY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a 0-10 V+ PNP NO/NC output with a sensing range of 50-400 mm. Equipped with a convenient M12 connection and a teach-in button, they allow for easy setup and adjustment. The sensors are housed in durable plastic with a 90° angle and are cULus approved, ensuring high standards of safety and performance.
These models come with digital programmable outputs and offer both current and voltage analogue outputs. The adjustable hysteresis function is ideal for applications requiring programmable double digital outputs, particularly for level detection. The working area can be adjusted using the teach-in button, making it suitable for quick deployment across various applications.
A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, NO/NC selection, and reverse analog output slope. With a nominal sensing distance of 400mm and a thermal drift of ±2%, these sensors deliver consistent performance. They boast a repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a resolution of ?3mm, with a beam angle of 10° ± 2°.
The sensors feature a diffuse reflection function principle and offer PNP + 0...10V output types with NO/NC + positive/negative slope output functions. They operate at a switching frequency of 10Hz and have a response time of 500ms. Designed to operate within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, they consume a no-load supply current of ?50mA and support a load current of 100mA.
Built with robust PBT housing, these sensors are IP67 rated for mechanical protection and can withstand operating temperatures from -20°C to +70°C. They are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two nuts M18x1 and two washers Ø 18, for easy installation.
