Datasensing UK1A/GM-1ESY Sensors

The Datasensing UK1A/GM-1ESY Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring an M18 housing made from durable stainless steel AISI 316L. These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 400mm with a thermal drift of ±2% and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The beam angle is 10° ± 2°, and the resolution is ?3mm, ensuring accurate detection. The sensors are equipped with a Teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment and an adjustable hysteresis function of 1%. They operate on a diffuse reflection principle with a minimum sensing distance (blind zone) of 50mm and a linearity error of 1%. The output type includes 2x NPN with NO/NC multifunctions, a switching frequency of 10Hz, and a response time of 500ms. Operating voltage ranges from 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. The sensors feature a leakage current of 10?A @ 30Vcc and an output voltage drop of 2.2Vmax. @ IL=100 mA. They are equipped with multifunction LED indicators: green for echo and yellow for output. Built for robust performance, these sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are CE cULus approved and EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards. The sensors can withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC EN60947-5-2 / 7.4 and offer an IP67 degree of protection. Supplied with 2 nuts M18x1 and 2 washers Ø 18, they are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C and can be stored in temperatures from -35°C to +80°C without freezing. The sensors connect via an M12 plug and have a tightening torque of 50Nm.
