The Datasensing UK1A/GP-0ESY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 400mm and a thermal drift of ±2%, these sensors ensure accurate detection with a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The beam angle of 10° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm make them ideal for precise measurements. Equipped with a Teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment, the sensors offer an adjustable hysteresis function with a 1% margin, allowing for programmable double digital outputs specifically for level detection. The multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, and NO/NC selection, while also indicating reverse analog output slope. The sensors operate on a diffuse reflection principle with a PNP output type and NO/NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of 10Hz and a response time of 500ms. They are designed to work within an operating voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. The sensors feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety. Constructed with a robust PBT housing, the sensors are IP67 rated for mechanical protection, making them suitable for harsh environments.
