
The Datasensing UK1A/GW-0ASY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability in various applications. Featuring an M18 PNP adjustable hysteresis and standard window, these sensors offer both NO and NC output functions with a sensing range of 50-400 mm. The 2-meter cable and teach-in button facilitate easy installation and configuration. Constructed with durable plastic and compliant with cULus standards, these sensors are equipped with digital programmable outputs and options for current or voltage analogue outputs.
The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, makes these sensors ideal for level-specific applications. The working area can be adjusted using the teach-in button, allowing for quick setup and operation. A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, and NO/NC selection, as well as reverse analog output slope.
With a nominal sensing distance of 400mm and a thermal drift of ±2%, these sensors ensure high accuracy and reliability. The beam angle of 10° ± 2° and resolution of ?3mm further enhance their precision. The sensors feature a diffuse reflection function principle, with a switching frequency of 10Hz and a response time of 500ms. They operate on a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA.
Designed for robust performance, the sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
