The Datasensing UK1A/GW-1ASY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 PNP adjustable hysteresis and standard window with NO+NC outputs, these sensors offer a sensing range of 50-400 mm and come equipped with a 2m cable for easy installation. The robust AISI316L stainless steel housing ensures durability and resistance to harsh environments, while the cULus certification guarantees compliance with safety standards.
These sensors are equipped with digital programmable outputs and offer models with either current or voltage analogue outputs. The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, makes them ideal for level-specific applications. The working area can be easily adjusted using the Teach-in button, allowing for quick setup and operation.
A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, NO/NC selection, and reverse analog output slope. With a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, a thermal drift of ±2%, and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%, these sensors deliver high precision and reliability. The beam angle of 10° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm ensure accurate detection.
The sensors feature a diffuse reflection function principle, with 2x PNP output types and NO/NC multifunctions. They operate at a switching frequency of 10Hz and have a response time of 500ms. The operating voltage range is 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. Additional features include short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
