The Datasensing UK1C/G1-0ESY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a 0-10V output with a convenient M12 connection. They are equipped with digital programmable outputs and can be configured for current or voltage analogue outputs, making them versatile for various applications. The adjustable hysteresis function allows for programmable double digital outputs, ideal for level-specific tasks. With a nominal sensing distance of 900mm and a thermal drift of ±2%, these sensors ensure accurate performance. The beam angle is 10° ± 2°, and the resolution is ?3mm, providing precise detection capabilities. Sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the Teach-in button, and the sensors feature a 1% hysteresis with thermal compensation for consistent operation. The minimum sensing distance, or blind zone, is 100mm, and the sensors operate on a diffuse reflection principle. They have a switching frequency of 4Hz and a response time of 500ms, ensuring quick and efficient performance. Operating within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, they consume a no-load supply current of ?50mA and support a load current of 100mA. Built with a robust PBT housing, these sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -35°C to +80°C.
