The Datasensing UK1C/G1-1ASY Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors feature an M18 analog design with a 0-10V output, housed in durable AISI316L material. They offer models with both digital programmable outputs and current or voltage analogue outputs, providing flexibility for different needs. The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, makes them ideal for level-specific applications.
With a nominal sensing distance of 900mm and a thermal drift of ±2%, these sensors ensure accurate and consistent performance. The beam angle of 10° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm allow for precise detection, while the sensitivity can be easily adjusted using the Teach-in button. The sensors also feature a multifunction LED indicator that displays output type, adjustment procedures, and more.
Built to withstand challenging environments, the sensors have an IP67 degree of protection and are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards for EMC compatibility. Supplied with two nuts and washers, these sensors are ready for immediate installation and use.
