The Datasensing UK1C/G1-1ESY Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring an M18 analog output with a 0-10V range. Constructed with durable AISI316L material, these sensors offer models with both digital programmable and current or voltage analogue outputs. The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, makes them ideal for level-specific applications. The working area can be easily adjusted using the Teach-in button, ensuring quick setup and operation across all models. A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, and NO/NC selection, while also allowing for reverse analog output slope adjustments. With a nominal sensing distance of 900mm and a thermal drift of ±2%, these sensors maintain high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a resolution of ?3mm. The diffuse reflection principle ensures reliable performance, supported by a 10° ± 2° beam angle and a 1% hysteresis. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. They are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring robust performance in various environments. The UK1C/G1-1ESY Sensors are housed in a PBT casing with an IP67 degree of protection, making them suitable for harsh conditions. They are compatible with M12 connections and come with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts and two Ø 18 washers.
