The Datasensing UK1C/G6-1ASY Sensors are high-performance ultrasonic sensors designed for precise and reliable distance measurement. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 900mm with a thermal drift of ±2% and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The beam angle is 10° ± 2°, ensuring focused detection, while the resolution is ?3mm for accurate readings.
Equipped with a teach-in button, the sensors allow for easy sensitivity adjustment and working area configuration, whether through window teach or single point teach. The adjustable hysteresis function, with a 1% margin, is ideal for applications requiring programmable double digital outputs, specifically for level detection.
The sensors provide both current and voltage analogue outputs, with a PNP output type and a 4-20 mA range. They support NO/NC output functions with positive/negative slope options, and a switching frequency of 4Hz. The response time is a swift 500ms, and they operate on a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA.
Built with a robust AISI316L stainless steel housing, these sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 mechanical protection. They are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and reliability.
