The Datasensing UK1C/G9-1ASY Sensors are high-performance ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 900mm with a thermal drift of ±2% and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The beam angle is 10° ± 2°, ensuring accurate detection within a resolution of ?3mm. Equipped with a teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment, these sensors provide an adjustable hysteresis function of 1% and thermal compensation for consistent performance. The sensors operate on a diffuse reflection principle with an output type of NPN + 0...10V, offering both NO/NC and positive/negative slope output functions. With a switching frequency of 4Hz and a response time of 500ms, they are suitable for dynamic applications. The operating voltage ranges from 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. The sensors feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety. Constructed with AISI316L stainless steel housing, the sensors are robust and resistant to harsh environments, with an IP67 degree of protection.
