The Datasensing UK1C/G9-1ESY Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 900mm and utilize a diffuse reflection function principle, ensuring accurate detection with a beam angle of 10° ± 2°. The sensors offer both digital programmable outputs and current or voltage analogue outputs, providing flexibility for different operational needs.
Equipped with an adjustable hysteresis function, these sensors are ideal for level-specific applications, featuring programmable double digital outputs. The working area can be easily adjusted using the Teach-in button, allowing for quick setup and operation. The multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, and NO/NC selection, along with reverse analog output slope indication.
Constructed with a robust stainless steel AISI 316L housing, the sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 mechanical protection. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage. With a response time of 500ms and a switching frequency of 4Hz, these sensors ensure fast and reliable performance.
The UK1C/G9-1ESY Sensors are CE and cULus approved, meeting EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC EN60947-5-2 / 7.4. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts and two Ø 18 washers, these sensors are ready for immediate installation and use.
