The Datasensing UK1C/G9-2ESY Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring an M18 radial design with NPN and 0..10V output capabilities. These sensors offer both digital programmable outputs and current or voltage analogue outputs, making them versatile for various applications. The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, is ideal for level-specific tasks. Users can easily adjust the working area using the Teach-in button, which is compatible with all models for quick setup. The multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, NO/NC selection, and reverse analog output slope.
With a nominal sensing distance of 900mm and a thermal drift of Sr at ±2%, these sensors ensure high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of 0.50% and a resolution of ?3mm. The beam angle is 10° ± 2°, and sensitivity can be adjusted via the Teach-in button. The sensors are equipped with thermal compensation and have a minimum sensing distance (blind zone) of 100mm. They operate on a diffuse reflection principle with an output type of NPN + 0...10V, offering NO/NC and positive/negative slope output functions.
The sensors boast a switching frequency of 4Hz and a response time of 500ms, operating within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc. They consume a no-load supply current of ?50mA and support a load current of 100mA, with a leakage current of 10?A at 30Vcc. Constructed with a PBT housing, the sensors are lightweight at 75g and feature an M12 plug connection. They are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and storage temperatures from -35°C to +80°C without freezing. The sensors have a transducer frequency of 300kHz and meet CE cULus approvals, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2. They are built to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC EN60947-5-2 / 7.4 and offer mechanical protection with an IP67 degree of protection. Supplied accessories include two M18x1 nuts and two Ø 18 washers, ensuring easy installation and secure mounting.
