The Datasensing UK1D/GM-1ESY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 NPN adjustable hysteresis with a standard window and NO+NC output, these sensors offer a sensing range of 150-1600 mm. The robust AISI316L stainless steel housing ensures durability and resistance to harsh environments, while the M12 connection with a teach-in button allows for easy setup and configuration.
These sensors are equipped with digital programmable outputs and offer models with current or voltage analogue outputs. The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, makes them ideal for level-specific applications. The working area can be adjusted using the Teach-in button, providing flexibility for various operational needs.
A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, NO/NC selection, and reverse analog output slope. With a nominal sensing distance of 1600mm, a thermal drift of ±2%, and a repeat accuracy of 0.50%, these sensors deliver high precision. The beam angle of 15° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm ensure accurate detection.
The sensors feature a diffuse reflection function principle, with a minimum sensing distance (blind zone) of 150mm. They support a switching frequency of 3Hz and a response time of 500ms, operating within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc. The sensors are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage, ensuring reliable performance.
With a compact design of M18 x 1 / L = 91.6mm and a weight of 100g, these sensors are easy to integrate into various systems.
