The Datasensing UK1D/GP-0ESY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 1600mm and a thermal drift of Sr at ±2%, these sensors ensure accurate detection with a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The beam angle is set at 15° ± 2°, providing a resolution of ?3mm. With a convenient Teach-in button for sensitivity adjustment, these sensors offer an adjustable hysteresis function at 1%, making them ideal for level-specific applications.
Equipped with a PNP output type and NO/NC output function, the sensors operate at a switching frequency of 3Hz and a response time of 500ms. They support an operating voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA. The sensors are designed with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety.
The multifunction LED indicator provides clear status updates, including output type, adjustment procedure, and NO/NC selection. The sensors are housed in a robust PBT material with an IP67 degree of protection, making them suitable for harsh environments. They come with an M12 plug connection and are supplied with two nuts and washers for easy installation. With approvals from CE and cULus, these sensors meet high standards of quality and performance.
