The Datasensing UK1D/GP-1ASY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 1600mm and a thermal drift of Sr at ±2%, these sensors ensure accurate detection with a repeat accuracy of 0.50%. The beam angle is set at 15° ± 2°, providing a resolution of ?3mm. With a diffuse reflection function principle, the sensors offer both PNP output types and NO/NC output functions, making them versatile for various applications.
Equipped with a teach-in button for sensitivity adjustment, the sensors allow for easy setup and operation. The adjustable hysteresis function, with a 1% rate, is ideal for models with programmable double digital outputs, specifically for level detection. The working area can be adjusted using the window teach or single point teach method, ensuring a fast and efficient setup.
The multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, NO/NC selection, and reverse analog output slope. With a switching frequency of 3Hz and a response time of 500ms, these sensors are designed for quick and reliable performance.
Constructed with AISI316L stainless steel housing, the sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 mechanical protection. They operate within a voltage range of 10 - 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ?50mA and a load current of 100mA.
