The Datasensing UK1D/GP-1ESY Sensors are high-performance ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a robust AISI316L stainless steel housing, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments while maintaining optimal functionality. With a nominal sensing distance of 1600mm and a minimum sensing distance of 150mm, they offer a wide detection range suitable for various applications. The sensors are equipped with a Teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment and a multifunction LED indicator that provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, and more.
These sensors support both PNP NO/NC output functions and offer models with digital programmable outputs as well as current or voltage analogue outputs. The adjustable hysteresis function and programmable double digital outputs make them ideal for level-specific applications. The working area can be adjusted using the window teach or single point teach method, ensuring quick setup and deployment.
Engineered for durability, the sensors feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, along with a degree of protection rated at IP67. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards for EMC compatibility, shocks, and vibrations. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two nuts and washers, and are approved by CE and cULus, ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
